Desktop Users

1. Switch browsers. On a PC, try to listen via Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge if another browser is not loading our player. For Mac users, try Safari. Ensure your browser is up-to-date.

2. Ensure you are using the latest Flash player plugin. An update may be necessary for older computers (Chrome browser auto-updates Flash).


3. Check your volume and sound settings. Ensure that your browser or computer sounds are not muted.


4. Check your internet download speed. At least 100 kbps is necessary.

Listening via browser:

1. Tap to listen. Tap on "LISTEN LIVE NOW." When the player opens, tap again on the play button.


2. Switch browsers. Download Google Chrome or Firefox from the App Store or Google Play Store.


Dial to listen. You can listen LIVE by dialing (563) 999-3131.
